Piña Colada Cake
A coconut-pineapple cake soaked with cream of coconut and topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut. Tropical, moist, and reminiscent of the cocktail it's named for.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a large bowl with electric mixer, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream and cream of coconut; beat well.
Pour in 3 greased and floured cake pans or one oblong pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
