Pimento and Cheese Sauce
Pimento And Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 c. salad dressing, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed and 2 (4 oz.) jars pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook the milk, dressing and sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and creamy.
Add the cubed cheese and stir constantly (will stick easy on low heat) until melted and creamy.
Add the pimentos and heat 1 more minute.
Very good while hot as dip for Townhouse crackers.
If too sweet, cut sugar.
Refrigerate overnight and make a delicious sandwich.
