Pilgrim Pie
Pilgrim Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked turkey, 1 c. frozen peas, 1 c. frozen corn, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans turkey gravy and 1/4 c. snipped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large bowl, mix turkey, peas, corn, gravy, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the thyme.
Turn into shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish; set aside.
Warm potatoes and mix in remaining chives.
Cover turkey mixture with potatoes. Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes, until turkey mixture is bubbly and potatoes begin to brown.
Makes about 6 servings.
