Pilaf
Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. uncle ben's converted rice, 4 c. water, 1 pkg. lipton noodle soup (chicken, dry mix), 1 bouillon cube and 1 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown rice and vermicelli (from soup) in margarine until golden brown.
Add bouillon cube and seasoning from soup to water; bring to boil with browned rice.
Simmer and let steam until dry, about 45 minutes.
Use Uncle Ben's converted rice as it doesn't get sticky and gummy.
Serves 10.
