Pig Salad
Pig Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. cashew nuts, 1/2 c. chopped green onions and 1/2 c. bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put peas, uncooked and left frozen, into large bowl.
Add celery, nuts, onions and bacon bits.
Mix sour cream and Miracle Whip together and toss with salad.
Best when made 12 hours ahead. Refrigerate.
