Pig Picking Cake
Pig Picking Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) pkg. butter flavor cake mix with pudding, 1/2 c. oil, 4 eggs, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease 2 (9-inch) layer cake pans.
Line bottom with waxed paper and grease again.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using oil, eggs and juice drained from mandarin oranges.
Stir in oranges and nuts.
Bake n a 325Β° preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a pick comes out clean. Cool on racks for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and peel off paper.
