Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. shortening, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, shortening, salt and sugar together with fork.
Mix egg, vinegar and water together and add to dry ingredients.
Mix to size of peas, roll into 2 balls.
Wrap in wax paper and chill for 30 minutes in freezer.
Lay out between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll out, or leave in freezer until needed.
