Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 3/4 c. shortening, 5 tbsp. cold water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Take fork and add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to flour, shortening and salt until all is moistened.
Divide in half and roll out on floured sheet.
Press in pie plate.
Makes 2 pie crusts or top and bottom for 1 pie.
