Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 3/4 c. water and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sift the flour, salt and sugar together.
Cut in the Crisco. Add egg, vinegar and water, mix well together.
Divide into 5 equal parts.
This dough freezes well.
Make dough into ball and flatten to about 1 inch thick before freezing.
Defrost at room temperature when ready to use.
Makes five 9-inch pie crusts.
