Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 c. shortening, 1 tsp. salt, 1 whole egg, beaten and 1/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut shortening in flour until it resembles coarse corn meal.
Combine beaten egg, vinegar and water and blend.
Add to flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Roll out on floured surface.
(This easily makes two 9-inch crusts.)
