Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 2/3 c. lard, 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp. vinegar and ice water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add ice water to egg yolk and vinegar to make 1/2 cup.
Mix flour and lard to a consistency of coarse meal.
Add yolk/water, a little at a time, until mixture clings together.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
