Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking pwd., 2 c. shortening = 1 c. butter/1 cup crisco and 1 tsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat the egg and add water to make 3/4 c. liquid, add vinegar and baking pwd. to egg mixture, stir into flour and shortening mixture.
Refrigerate for 30 min. before rolling out.
This is excellent and can be worked over and over.
Also if not all used, it can be wrapped and frozen for later use.
