Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1 3/4 c. crisco and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Add Crisco and mix well.
Add egg, vinegar and water; mix until well blended.
Place in covered bowl or wrap in wax paper and place in plastic bag.
Store in refrigerator.
This will keep for 2 weeks or longer.
Yield: 3 to 4 pie shells (9-inch) or 2 two-crust pies.
