Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 c. shortening (i use pure lard) and 8 or 9 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
