Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. crisco, 1 well beaten egg and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Can use a mixer to blend flour, salt and Crisco.
Add egg, vinegar and water, mixing lightly with a fork.
Pour on plastic wrap.
Press dough to oblong shape and wrap and let stand a few minutes.
Cut in 4 even shapes and roll out each one.
Bake shells 10 to 15 minutes.
Prick with fork before baking in a 425Β° oven. Makes 2 double crusts or 4 single.
