Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. ice water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift flour and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Using fork, add water, 1 tablespoonful at a time.
Roll out on floured surface. If recipe calls for a baked pie shell, prick and bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 2 pie shells or 1 double crust.
