Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. water, 1 large egg and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl sift together flour, sugar, and salt.
Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until crumbly.
In a small bowl beat water, vinegar and egg.
Add to flour.
Cover bowl and chill at least 1/2 an hour before rolling.
This can be kept in the refrigerator for a week.
