Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. crisco, 2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

With a fork, mix flour, shortening, salt and sugar.
Separately beat remaining ingredients, then combine, stirring with a fork until all is moistened.
Mold into five balls and chill at least 15 minutes before rolling.
Can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen. Makes 2 (9-inch) double crusts and 1 (9-inch) shell.
