Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. unsifted flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 3/4 c. crisco or other shortening, 2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend thoroughly the flour, sugar, Crisco and salt.
In small bowl mix water, vinegar and egg. Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Makes 4 to 5 crusts. Can be frozen as large hamburger patty shape.
