Picnic Shoulder Ham
Picnic Shoulder Ham is an easy dinner. Made with 1 picnic shoulder (small enough to fit into your crock-pot), 1/2 glass sweetened tea, 1 tbsp. worcestershire, 1 tbsp. barbecue sauce and 2 to 3 tbsp. ketchup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients, except shoulder.
Put ham in crock-pot (skin side up) and cover with tea mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, then cook on LOW all night.
Ham will be so tender you can pull it apart with fork.
