Picnic Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. bottled sweet and spicy catalina dressing, 3 tbsp. honey, 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces and 1 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In a small bowl, blend Catalina dressing with honey.
Dip chicken into dressing mixture and then roll in crumbs, coating well.
Place in foil-lined large shallow baking dish.
Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
