Pickled Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pounds shrimp (cooked and peeled), 2 medium onions (cut into rings), 1 1/2 c vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c white vinegar and 1/2 c sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place shrimp and onions in layers in a sealable container. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp.
Seal. Refrigerate for 6 or more hours.
Shake occasionally.
