Pickled Pineapple
Pickled Pineapple is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can pineapple chunks in own juice, 1/2 c. juice from pineapple, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 3/4 c. sugar and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pineapple chunks in jar with lid.
Combine all remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Pour mixture pineapple.
Seal jar.
Refrigerate a minimum of 3 to 4 days.
