Pickled Peaches
Pickled Peaches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. green peaches, 6 c. brown sugar, 4 c. water, 1/2 c. hawaiian salt and 1/2 tsp. chinese five spice powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

And remove pits from the peaches.
Peaches should be green and firm.
Brown sugar, water, Hawaiian salt, five spice powder and cider vinegar together in a large pot; cook until boils.
Add li hing mui; mix together.
Cool. Mix with cut up peaches; store in sterilized jars.
Refrigerate.
