Pickled Peaches
Pickled Peaches is an easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. vinegar, 5 lb. sugar, 8 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks, whole cloves to taste and 24 to 36 medium whole peaches, peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large stockpot, bring vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to a boil.
Boil for 35 minutes, then add peeled peaches.
Cook until soft.
Pack peaches loosely in quart jars and pour vinegar mixture over peaches.
Seal jars with rings and lids according to normal pickling instructions.
