Pickled Okra
Pickled Okra is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. small okra, 1 c. cider vinegar, 1/2 c. water, 2 tsp. dill seed and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash okra and place in 2 pint jars.
Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil.
Place 1 teaspoon dill seed, 2 garlic cloves and 1 hot pepper in each jar.
Pour boiling mixture into jars to cook okra and seal.
Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
Makes 2 pints.
