Pickled Okra
Pickled Okra is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. vinegar, 1 c. water, 1/4 tsp. alum, 3/4 c. salt and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place okra, stem side up, in jars.
Place garlic and pepper on top of okra.
Bring alum, vinegar and salt to a boil.
Pour over okra and seal.
Don't open this up until 8 weeks have gone by.
