Pickled Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. mixed spices, 2 c. cider vinegar and 12 to 16 hard-boiled eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Add sugar, salt and spices to vinegar (dilute 1/3 with water if strong) and simmer about 8 minutes.
Strain and pour over the peeled eggs arranged in a quart jar.
Seal and let stand 2 days before using.
