Pickled Eggs
Pickled Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vinegar, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 bay leaves, 1 minced clove garlic and 1/2 tsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine vinegar, sugar, bay leaves, garlic, celery seed, 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bring to boiling.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Cool.
Place eggs in jar. Pour mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
To serve, remove from liquid and cut lengthwise.
Makes 12 eggs.
