Pickled Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with several small okra pods, 1 clove garlic (per pt.), 1/2 tsp. salt and boiling vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash and trim, leaving stems.
Pack into hot jars.
Add 1 clove garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt to each pint.
Fill jars to overflowing with boiling vinegar.
Wipe off sealing surface. Seal.
Let stand several weeks.
Chill in refrigerator several days before serving.
