Pickled Beets
Pickled Beets is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 5 c. cider vinegar, 1 c. water, 2 tbsp. pickling spices and 1/2 bushel beets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil beets until tender; peel.
Slice and set aside (if small leave whole).
Mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add cooked beets and simmer 15 minutes.
