Pickled Beets
Pickled Beets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. water (plain), 2 c. strong vinegar, 1 tsp. cloves and 1 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pour over cooked beets and boil 10 minutes.
A little grated horseradish added to beets gives variety.
(Wash beets well, cook, drain water from beets and use in place of plain water.)
The color will be much enhanced.
