Pickled Beets
Pickled Beets is an easy dinner. Made with 4 cans sliced beets (use juice), 1 1/4 c. white karo, 2 medium onions, sliced into rings, 1 c. vinegar and 2 tbsp. pickling spice, wrapped in cheesecloth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven pot (or larger); cook slowly on low for about 1 hour.
Cool and enjoy.
(Remove pickling spice before storing or serving).
