Pickled Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 8 c. cold water, 1 c. pickling salt, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 gal. cooked beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook beans until almost done.
Pack in jars to 1/2-inch from top.
Put water, salt and vinegar in pan (not aluminum). Mix well.
Pour over in cool place. Makes 4 quarts.
