Pickle Delight
Pickle Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. dill kosher pickles, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 1 tsp. celery seed and 3 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain 1 quart pickles.
Cut in strips.
Place pickles back in jar and add sugar, onion, celery seed, vinegar and horseradish. Add 1/2 of sugar to bottom of jar and 1/2 on top of pickles.
Put top on jar and shake jar until all sugar dissolves.
Place in refrigerator and shake jar occasionally.
Twenty-four hours later, they are ready to eat.
