Piccadilly Pie
Piccadilly Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3 egg whites and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crumble the crackers and mix together with pecans and baking powder; set aside.
Beat the room temperature egg whites until fluffy.
Add sugar gradually.
Add vanilla.
Fold nut and cracker mixture into the egg white mixture and place into a well buttered pie pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip and pecan pieces and chill.
