Picante Chicken
Picante Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. oil, 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips and 2 to 3 tsp. sage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook onion and garlic in oil in a large saucepan for about 4 minutes.
Stir in chicken; cook until no longer pink.
Sprinkle sage and salt over chicken; cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in picante sauce, beans, vermouth and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in peppers and tomato; simmer for 10 minutes.
Discard bay leaf.
Serve in bowl.
Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
Serve with chips.
