"Philly" Pound Cake
"Philly" Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philly cream cheese, 3/4 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine softened cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla, mixing well until blended.
Add eggs; mix on a low speed. Gradually add flour, sifted with baking powder, mixing at low speed, until blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
