Petite Cheese Cakes
Petite Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cream until fluffy the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar.
Add egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Bake at 300Β° for 40 minutes in paper-lined muffin tins (2/3 full).
Remove from oven and allow to "sink in."
Frost with sour cream mixed with 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Cool and freeze, muffin tins and all.
