Peter Pan Choco Surprise
Peter Pan Choco Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy), 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. brown packed sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream peanut butter, oleo and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add gradually until well blended.
Chill dough at least 30 minutes for easier handling. Wrap about 1 level teaspoonful of dough around each chocolate piece, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350Β° oven 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove and cool slightly.
