Personal Pizza
Personal Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, 1 (10 count) pkg. refrigerator biscuits and 2 oz. pepperoni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Grease one cookie sheet.
Sprinkle cutting board with flour.
Pull biscuits apart on the floured board.
Use rolling pin to roll out biscuits until it is 4-inches across.
Put on cookie sheet.
Repeat with all biscuits.
Add flour to board if starts to stick.
Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each one.
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese.
Add toppings.
Bake until crust is brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
