Persimmon Pudding
Persimmon Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, baking powder soda and salt.
Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar.
Add flour mixture. Gradually beat in milk and spices.
Add persimmon pulp last.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour in glass baking dish.
Let cool briefly and serve warm, topping with Cool Whip.
