Persimmon Pudding

Beat egg white until stiff; beat yolks and add together. Continue beating.
Add persimmons, milk, sugar, flour, salt, butter, baking powder and soda.
Beat slightly.
Add spices and nuts.
Bake in a 9-inch square pan or rectangular.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream when cool.
