Together flour, sugar and salt. Add Crisco; mix until crumbly.
Beat together in small bowl, vinegar, egg and ice water; mix well.
Divide dough into 5 balls.
Wrap each in plastic wrap; chill.
Later, freeze.
This freezes well and is always ready.
