Perfect Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1 3/4 c. shortening (crisco) and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix flour, sugar and salt well.
Add shortening and mix with fork until crumbly.
In a small bowl combine water, vinegar and egg.
Combine the 2 mixtures.
Divide 4 or 5 portions and wrap in Saran Wrap.
Freeze what you do not use and refrigerate the rest for 1/2 hour before rolling out.
Dough may be refrigerated 3 days or frozen indefinitely.
