Pepsi Roast
Pepsi Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 3 to 4 lb. beef roast, 1 (16 oz.) bottle pepsi, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 pkg. lipton dry onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place roast in pan which can be tightly covered.
Spread can of soup over roast.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mixture over the top. Pour Pepsi into pan and cover tightly.
Put into oven at 325Β° and roast for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Makes its own gravy.
