Pepsi Cake
Pepsi Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. nuts, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 large box instant vanilla pudding, 1/2 c. pepsi and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook in Bundt pan or angel food pan.
Spread nuts on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding, Pepsi, oil, eggs and water.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Pour on top of nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
