Peppy Stuffed Peppers
Peppy Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, cut in half and seeded, 1 lb. ground beef, 2/3 c. uncooked rice, 1/4 c. onion, chopped and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
Put mixture into peppers.
Place peppers in pan and pour tomato sauce over each pepper.
Add approximately 2 cups water to dish.
Cover tightly and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours.
I use hot catsup or chili sauce to pour over top of peppers with tomato sauce for added spice.
