Pepperoni Rolls
Pepperoni Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen white roll dough (48 oz.), sliced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray cookie sheets with Pam and place 2 rolls on each pan to thaw.
When dough is thawed, stretch out to approximately 6-inches in diameter.
Place 3 to 4 pepperoni slices in middle along with a large pinch of cheese.
Roll up in cabbage roll fashion.
Place back on cookie sheet to rise.
When double in size, bake in 350° oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
