Pepperoni Rolls
Pepperoni Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1 c. sliced pepperoni and 2 c. grate provolone or mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Thaw and raise dough.
May substitute dough made in breadmaker.
Melt margarine with seasonings.
Save 2 tablespoons and spread remaining mixture on dough.
Arrange pepperoni on buttered dough.
Cover with cheese.
Roll as a jelly roll.
Seal edges by pinching.
Place on cookie sheet with sealed edge down. Brush with reserved mixture.
Let rise for 15 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Brush with remaining mixture.
